I had a storage unit I rented here and I feel a month behind and they cut my lock and went in my unit and inventoried my stuff to sell, and then sent me a letter listing my stuff in the unit, so I got it paid up so I could just get my stuff out and when I opened it my stuff started falling out and when I put my stuff in there it wasn't packed where it could fall out
GREAT facility!! Friendly staff from the first phone call to the rental transaction, they were knowledgeable, conscientious, and very helpful with my specific storage needs. ( Also, same response when I moved out 1 year later). The facility is clean and smells great! (Even soft music on!)
