Sometimes you. Have to wait if they are really busy but they treat their customers good.
Food is.. fast food as expected.
Pulled into the drive thru at 3pm. Didn't get an answer on the intercom and pulled up to the window to find store employees hanging out in the lobby on their phones. CSR walked up to the window to take our order. We placed our order and were asked to pull up with no-one in the drive thru. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and they gave us the wrong drink. This should never happen and is a disgrace to the KFC/taco bell name. I love the food from both place but if this is the kind of service we are to expect ill gladly go to popeye's or moe's. Something needs to be done, and I will be looking to talk to their district manager.
Horrible costumer service... Never tasted the food! Time to restart with reliable and respective employees.. But by the reviews the owners do not care...
I went in for lunch. I haven't been here for over a year thinking it might have changed. WRONG. First, it was so hot in there. I made my order and they had to hunt for me a cup. I went to get ice, no ice as usual, and there was bugs flying around the drink dispenser. The food came pretty quick. My chicken was so greasy the grease fell on my new shirt. It was ridiculous how much grease was in it. They also got my granddaughters order wrong too. As I was sitting there you could see just how filthy it is inside. The walls by the drink dispenserare covered in dried liquid and the floor was very nasty. I'm surprised that they are still opened. I will NOT be going back!!
